Real‑time filter via search
Go to Track your order above, then enter your Order ID and the email/phone used at checkout. You will see live courier updates and an ETA. If your status hasn’t changed in 48 hours, use Create a Ticket to alert support.
You have 7 days from delivery for most items. Products must be unused with all accessories and box. Once picked up and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days. Some categories are non‑returnable (e.g., hygiene products) – these are labeled on the product page.
Most banks auto‑reverse within 72 hours. If funds aren’t reversed, share your Transaction ID via a support ticket and we’ll coordinate with the payment gateway. You can also download a Proforma Invoice from your account if an order wasn’t created.
Many electronics include a brand warranty (often 6–12 months). Keep your order invoice; it doubles as a warranty card. For issues after 7‑day return window, visit an authorized service center and submit a claim—our support can help with directions and required documents.
Use Forgot password to reset via email/SMS. If you don’t receive a code, check spam and verify your phone format. Still stuck? Create a ticket with Account access as the topic; we’ll verify ownership and help you regain access.
Address changes are possible before dispatch. Open your order page and choose Edit address. After dispatch, ask the courier for a hold at facility or reschedule. If neither is available, cancel and re‑order to the correct address.
